Terms of Use
1. Using Colloquy
Colloquy is a free chat app that connects to AI services you choose. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Your API keys and provider costs
You supply your own API keys. You are responsible for your provider accounts, for any charges they make, and for following each provider’s terms and usage policies. Sableyard does not charge for AI usage and has no access to your keys.
3. AI output
AI models can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Check anything important before relying on it. Colloquy and Sableyard are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Colloquy to break the law, to harm others, or to break your provider’s rules. Do not try to reverse engineer or redistribute the app in a way that misleads others about its source.
5. Your content
You own your conversations and attachments. They stay on your device unless you send them to a provider or export them. See the privacy policy.
6. No warranty
Colloquy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, and the app may contain bugs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sableyard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The effective date above will change when they are.
